Really happy with the service. Dustin immediately knew what the problem was and had the parts on the truck to fix it. Apparently it is a common problem on GE Refrigerators. I called Friday night , talked to a real person and he was here Saturday morning. My wife was very happy he allowed her time to clean behind the fridge.
