Sent them a note from their website on Sunday that our dishwasher was not working. Got a text from Dustin within a couple of hours saying he could be there Monday if that worked for me. Came and repaired the dishwasher and said the damage was caused by a power surge. I said we have whole home protection through FPL. He said to do the claim paperwork and he will come back and certify. What a great guy. Clean, prompt and professional. They are on our list of service companies to call.
